Sustainability, eco-friendly, ethical... In the past few years these keywords have become more relevant and we hear about it more often. But what really is the issue and what can each of us do? Don't think too hard; start from what you can do in your daily life!

Speaking of getting started... Have you heard of this website?  We’ve talked about them before on our instagram:

https://www.plasticfreejuly.org/

Plastic Free July is a campaign led by the Plastic Free Foundation. Each year, millions of people around the globe take the challenge and choose to refuse single-use plastics. Their vision is to see a world without plastic waste. Take a look at some of the great tips they have and let's get started!

We have been consciously adopting a plastic-free life every day, but for this year's Plastic Free July month, we've decided to share our challenges with you; we hope this can inspire more to take the challenge! So here goes, our Plastic Free July Challenge! The challenge period is one month. (Of course, we will continue after July, but the challenge will be shared periodically during July.)

The period for sharing our challenge is one month. There will be 4 challengers.  For the first two weeks (Challenge # 1), everyone will have the same challenge. We will add individual challenges (Challenge #2) for the last 2 weeks!

Challenge # 1:  My cups, my bottles and my bags. It's something we're all already doing, but we must admit that there are times that we accidentally forget bringing our bottles and have to compromise because of certain circumstances. So we're going to go all-out and try this while we lead are normal every day life.  We will share our individual challenge # 2 later on.

Meet the challengers!
