As part of our commitment to sustainability, at Borderless Creations, we try our best to minimize our carbon footprint.
However, as we are an online store, making our carbon footprint zero is not possible. Which is why we've decided to join Treedom, so that we can offset the annual CO2 emission from Borderless Creations by using Treedom to plant various trees around the world. 12 trees have been planted to offset the CO2 emissions from July 2019 to June 2020.
Treedom is the only online platform in the world where you can have someone plant a tree for you and then follow it online.

Here's how it works:
#1 Choose the tree you like the most. A farmer will plant it for you in his country and will take care of it. Your tree will be photographed, geolocalized and will have an online page like this:
#2 Follow its first moments of life and walk aside it until it's transplanted, find out more about its features and its meaning...
#3 You will support farmer communities. The fruits of your tree will belong to the farmer, who will be able to use them as a food resource or support for their income. With Treedom you finance farmers who want to plant trees, supporting their work in the early years, when trees are not yet productive. Treedom provides farmers with know-how and technical support for planting and managing trees. Trees are photographed, geolocated and monitored by Treedom over time.
#4 As it grows, your tree will absorb CO2 from the atmosphere and will release oxygen, thus improving the quality of the air we all breath. You will contribute to make the planet greener.
