This is one of the bag we use in our online store. We wanted you to be able to use this when you’re gifting friends and families so we decided to give these out. 

These mailer will break down within 90 days in commercial compost and 180 days in domestic compost conditions, including wormfarm compost.

Recently, awareness of plastic-free products has increased, and the packaging method for delivery has been simplified. However, the ratio is still low especially in Japan although it is used daily by many sustainable stores throughout Europe and the US.

We hope that as many people as possible will become aware of it and this can be an opportunity for everyone to make a difference in their daily lives. We believe that packaging materials will continue to evolve but it's important to know and understand the process.

* This item can be ordered as a set per person and is free of charge. One set= 3 large + 3 small mailers) Please note that only one set will be sent even if you put it in multiple sets in your cart.

* The bags are free but shipping is not.  If you would like to get the bags only, the shipping cost will be 180yen through Japan Post's Smart Letter packaging.  If you include it in your cart with other products, you will see all other shipping method that is possible for the order.

* Since the bag is a highly biodegradable product the strength may weaken depending on storage conditions such as humidity and temperature. When you receive it, avoid long-term storage and use it as soon as possible.
